Guests are conveniently provided two complimentary reserved gated parking spaces. Belmont Towers is IDEALLY located right between Dorchester and 1st street at the beginning of the boardwalk! Guests may walk the board walk or take the tram (based on weather and ridership in-season). Within a short walk, guests can get to the world famous Thrasher's French Fries, Trimper's or Jolly Roger's Rides, or the famous boardwalk sign among many others shops, restaurants and attractions! The OC Bus always provides easy transportation up and down the entire Ocean City coastline!

This home was perfect! Clean, spacious, well stocked. our family consisted of a 3-year-old, 10-year-old, 15-year-old and 17-year-old (plus us parents) and we all had a blast! I cooked many meals at the condo and it was well equipped. The communication was amazing! Can’t wait to come back again!

The condo is very close to the beach. The balcony is lovely any time of day for breakfast in the morning or gathering in the evening. We were very close to the pool, sauna and exercise room. The unit is spacious and can definitely accommodate 10 people. We had 7. Rooms are spacious.

The location and the instructions were amazing and it had everything we needed for the weekend to include cooking and dining articles. The place does need a good thorough cleaning as the furniture and carpets were dirty/stained hence the 4 star rating. Would stay there again and plan doing so.

Summer family vacation
The condo was huge and accommodated our large family perfectly. The location was great for small kids.. close to the boardwalk & rides. The balcony was gigantic and the kids loved it! The condo was not as clean as I had expected with such a large cleaning fee. The floors were so dirty that we couldn’t walk in the condo without shoes/socks on. There were tvs in every room but did not work. The towels & linens were scattered throughout the condo closets and did not seem clean. Many of the lights did not work throughout the condo. And lastly, they were testing the fire alarms for 2 days .. so all day every 3 minutes the alarm would go off. Not ideal with a rainy day and prime summer vacation time. Overall, the place was ok. We did not think it was worth the total cost and wouldn’t go back.

Beautiful beach condo
Gorgeous condo in an amazing area! The parking was easy and super accessible and the rooms were spacious. Amazing master bath and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would say for future guests is that the pull out bed was really thin. You could sleep on the couch instead (which was really comfy) The pull out might work for a small child, but we ended up using an air mattress instead. I would book again though, it was overall fantastic.

Weekend away well worth it!
What originally was a weekend of training also turned into a weekend of fun and memories. Instead of staying at the hotel/conference center for free, we opted to stay at this condo. Our group enjoyed the accommodations. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, such as clean bed linen and towels. Bob was very quick to respond, communicating before, during and after our stay. He was committed to ensuring a great weekend, which definitely happened. Thank you! We will be staying there again.

Spacious condo close to the boardwalk in OCEAN City, MD. Beautiful view and plenty of room for the family. No worries with parking as you have two dedicated spaces. The large balcony runs the entire length of the condo with entrances from each bedroom and the living room. Don't miss the opportunity to spend time away with family and friends in the beautifully decorated beach condo. The keyless entry locks throughout the property provide convenience and safety. Would definitely stay here again and refer my friends!

Prime location. VERY CLEAN! Fully stocked. A huge outside deck that will handle a gathering of 10 people or more. Nice gym with sauna. Very pleased. Owners very responsive. Great mini vacation. Highly recommend.

This was our first trip to OCMD and we were not disappointed. This rental was perfect as far as size, cleanliness and location. Rooftop pool, boardwalk and beach were only steps away, it doesn’t get any better!!! Can’t wait to stay here again.
