Beautiful 2 BR 2 BR Unit- Oceanfront, Amazing Views, Tons of Ammenities!

****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

Being on the 20th floor, you will love the panoramic ocean and bay views from the open living room area or from the balcony. There is a large living room/dining room area, with plenty of room for spending time with family and the full-size kitchen has everything you need for cooking those money saving meals at home. The master bedroom has a King size bed and offers water views from the windows. The second bedroom has a pyramid bed with a king on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. A washer and dryer are available for guest use along with free wi-fi.

Located on 107th street in the Quay, this building has some of the best amenities at the beach and gives plenty of options for the kids to entertain themselves. You will love that there is an outdoor and indoor lap pool. After playing a couple of games of tennis, relax in the sauna. The kids will love the large game room that also has pool tables and ping pong tables! The building is also convenient to miniature golf, go carts, laser tag, water park, shopping and many fantastic restaurants and bars.

* A $50 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival and includes 1 uncovered parking space. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the on-site security desk.

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.

Just what we were looking for
SO MUCH BETTER than a hotel room. We were in for a short stay, our boys had a wrestling tournament. Two nights. And yes, our boys did GREAT at the tournament. I think it was the comfortable bed and home cooked nutritional meals! Thanks vrbo.

Nice fall beach getaway
The unit was clean, comfortable and quiet; convenient to favorite dining places and other attractions, including Sunfest. The living room tv picture was too grainy to watch (baseball playoffs).. had to watch in the BR. In hall bath, the shower knob on the tub faucet was difficult to lift to activate the shower. Parking was plentiful. Overall, enjoyable stay.

Condo building right on the beach. Partial view of the beach/ocean and nice partial view of the bay. Clean and comfortable, would accommodate 2 small families or one large one fine. AC unit in and bedroom a bit loud but not a deterrent to us at all. Would stay here again.

Overall a great stay
The unit is very comfortable and equipped with all the basic amenities. The building itself is an older one but conveniently located on the beach and has a nice size outdoor pool. Our only complaint was the unit was not very cleaned when we arrived and found ourselves sweeping up crumbs on floors and tabletops and wiping most surfaces down. Other than that, communication was super easy with management and the stay really was very comfortable.

Lovely Vacation
We had a lovely stay at this property. The cleaners did not arrive before we checked in, but the prior tenants left it very clean. Like others said, the AC unit is quite loud, but eventually drowns in the background. Overall it was perfect for our family of 5 and would definitely return!

Great Stay in a Clean and Spacious Condo
Beautiful and spacious condo. Great views of the city, bay and the beach. Very convenient and short walk to the beach. Listing a few cons: Agree with some other reviews about height of the master bed. It was unusually high. Would be nice to have a step stool at least. AC is in the second bedroom which is noisy. Unlocking and opening the condo door might be another fun/frustrating thing to expect 😅Give urself an extra couple of minutes every time.😊 This place would be perfect if the above listed cons were addressed. Nevertheless, we had a great time. I would definitely like to come back to this condo.

All in all we had a great time and overall I would consider staying again. The keys to get in are a little stiff. Everything was in great condition but a little outdated. The master bedroom is a bit creaky and the guest bedroom has rather loud intermittent HVAC noises. The guys working security were on different pages. Over the weekend we were allowed visitor day passes for my son and fam to go with us to the beach. On Monday they wanted to charge us $10 for them to visit for 2 hours. And the guy acted irritated that we were asking. The supplied kitchen utensils were great! If you are a coffee drinker, the kitchen is abundantly stocked with filters Be aware, you must either rent linens and towels or bring your own.

We enjoyed our stay. The second bedroom had a very loud heating and cooling unit that made sleep difficult. The kitchen was well stocked with everything (pots/pans/knives) to make a great meal, and plenty of hot water for 4 girls to shower.

The condo serves its purpose! Ocean side view from balcony and bay views. The condo is spacious and efficient for a beach stay with a family of 6! On the 20th floor of the Building, elevator is the building was fairly speedy for the amount of people. The two bathrooms are a plus! Wifi is strong, kitchen had amenities that made cooking in unit easier. The bedrooms are spacious. The only comment I have neither good nor bad is that the master bed is really high so its a bit of a struggle to get in.

We walked into a uncleaned condo from previous guests stay. David was quick to respond, he sent his cleaners immediately. My family was upset that our plans were delayed. He offered a different place but I cleaned the apartment already before that cleaners came for cleaning. With pandemic on board i did not want to take any risk. I was disappointed by the AC noise at night. My husband bought a fan to mask the sound. The closet door was broken. All in all it’s a good location but place needs upkeep and tuning. Things are falling apart. David was generous to waive the cleaning charges.

The property was as described. It served the purpose of our stay. We enjoyed some much needed relaxation. The view was nice from the balcony. You could look at the ocean or the bay. It was our first time visiting during Bike Week. The noise was not bothering at this location.

Everything was Perfect
Room was super clean! It never got too hot and we never ran out of hot water. Also, having a dryer for wet suits and towels was a huge upgrade from hoping the sun would dry everything out. We never had to wait a long time for an elevator and with toddlers that is a huge convenience. There was always parking spots open so we never had to stress when we would leave about not finding a place to park when we came back.
