My room was completely unacceptable to be renting to the public. The carpet was constantly half damp and sticky, so you have to wear shoes inside the entire time. When we got there the sheets were all visibly stained and dirty. There was also an obvious pubic hair in my bed with the blankets made overtop of it. The bathroom was extremely moldy and the window is crumbling. The coffee table was sticky. There’s never anyone at the office, even at checkout time. They will decline all of your phone calls. You do not want to stay here. Book anywhere else!

The bathroom was awful. The mold encased the window frame and was falling off. The floor. The tub was disgusting. Ended up not using the shower during our entire stay. The room smelled of urine and our windows were all unlocked and slightly opened when we checked in. Ants were all over the floor so we had to make sure our belongings were up off the floor. Very disappointed with the family deluxe suite. You could hear EVERYTHING that was going on in the room above and next to us. Very uncomfortable to have my teenage daughter listen to that. The a/c window unit kept shorting out because it was tripping the extension cord it and the refrigerator and microwave were plugged into. Parking was a nightmare. Plus side, parking was free during our stay and the beds looked clean. Not worth the $245 a night. Best part was when we were leaving.

Definitely a Festival Motel
The location for our purpose was great! The office only had one key ( because the other was lost), the outside door wouldn’t shut), but there was quite a bit space. Thank goodness we didn’t need HOT showers because the water was only luke warm at best. But the room served our purpose for the weekend
