The property could use updating. Definitely overpriced for the quality of the room. There are much better Holiday Inn Express locations for less $$

it’s a standard hotel but clean and nice. A plus is the staff came in early to make breakfast for the rowing teams that had to leave at 6am.
A small negative, the cleaners did not leave but half a roll of TP when we arrived and never restocked while we were there.
