“Our stay at El Tigre far exceeded our expectations! The house was incredibly clean, well stocked, quiet and perfect for our group of eight adults. Alfonso was always quick to respond to our questions prior to arrival and Victoria went above and beyond during our stay - extremely responsive in helping with transportation bookings, restaurant and beach recommendations and a late check out. We were also grateful for housekeeping service during our stay - such a treat to come back to a clean house……

“We stayed at Jon and Carol's property for a week in early April and could not have had a better stay. We were a multi-generational family of 6 and their villa was absolutely wonderful for us. Jon was super helpful with the planning and had numerous suggestions for places to eat off the resort. The resort was great-we opted for all inclusive this time, but the kitchen in the villa was fully equipped and we would probably consider doing more cooking on our next visit. Deno gets all the stars for being one of the most hospitable and communicative owners I have worked with. Her villa is lovely, with all the amenities you might need and it has been recently updated, which makes it unique to some of the other villas at the resort. Experience was exceptional from booking, checking in, cleanliness of rooms and grounds, availability of restaurants etc. Bedding in our King bed was lovely Property manager, Bernie, spoke perfect English so she was available always to answer any questions or give suggestions. “Had both units for our family, plenty of room. Didn’t realize it’s a second unit and not a 2br. Estancia is nice, quiet pool, but plenty of activity next door at Villa Palmar. Food is mediocre, tequila selection lacking, but plenty of great options in Bucerias, short taxi or walk. La Comer, nice grocery and easy to get to and stock the kitchen. Rented bikes next door to property and went on a long ride, good bike & running path, about 4 miles.”

“We loved staying here. We spent 2 1/2 weeks at the house. This is a very safe, well lit, gated neighborhood. We walked to the restaurants and shops just outside of the neighborhood in 10 min at night and during the day.This house is as pictured. The beds are excellent. Great communication using What's App with property manager, Alex. We visited all of the restaurants and the Patty Spa located across the street from the entrance gate. “This house is just as it looks in the pictures. The yard and pools are well looked after. The outdoor patio has a bbq area and a bar, with comfortable outdoor seating. We spent lots of evenings outside while the kids enjoyed the pool. There’s a ping pong table and lots of pool toys. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool, but children aren’t allowed up there without an adult, which made good sense to us. We had rented two cars for the ten of us, and this worked out well. “The villa is beautifully decorated, well cared for, beatiful garden/pool area. We had a probblem at check in. Although the 2 rooms i thought i booked, were poolside..... we were in a 3rd floor walk up suite with attached hotel style room. .... The villa has 4 poolside rooms, and 5 or 6 rooms on 2nd and 3rd floors. Some without balcony. The only rooms advertised on VRBO are poolside. The neighborhood was quiet, but walking distance to restaurants. 30 min. Walk to the beach, but collectivo goes……

“The property is very well kept, beautifully maintained pool and garden area. The photos of duites in this ad, are not necessarily where you will stay. There are 4 suites that open out onto the pool area. The others are 2nd and 3rd floor walk-ups There was an idue at chrck-in, the property said they didnt have pur rooms bocked off as booked through VrbO.... but they accomodated us in 3rd floor suite...”

Desde que llegamos, las personas en caseta no sabían que habíamos reservado por Expedia, nos dijeron que ya debíamos tener contraseña y número de cuarto cuando nadie se había comunicado con nosotros. Además intentaron hacernos el cobro desde varios días antes, cuando la app nos dejó seleccionar la opción de pagar el total el día que llegáramos.
