"Lovely, comfortable cottage in a great location for a range of activities. Cosy for an October break but would be fantastic in warmer weather too. Our only small criticism was the night time temperature was set at 15 degrees and couldn’t be changed and while there was lots of cosy bedding we had a toddler who still wakes a couple of times in the night so it was a bit cold tending to him. Still a 5⭐️ break."

"Wonderful hotel. Beautiful inside the castle. Rooms are actually part of a newer addition added onto the castle but very luxurious & spacious. Located in Clontarf which is outside the city center but a beautiful area & close to the port if you’re taking the ferry. Main Restaurant was not open but the lounge restaurant was very good with adequate selections & great service. "

Rooms: Clean, everything supplied comfy Dislikes: So dark not enough light in rooms, dark brown fittings didnt help ! was opposite next building's windows so couldnt have lights on and curtains open ,really awful lighting, it would actually deter me from a future booking which is a shame otherwise all great ! "
