“Some difficulty getting the elevators to be consistently working with wristband…. The AC filter badly needed to be replaced, which they did. Toilet tissue holder broke, fell off the wall… Disappointed that there was not available parking nearby, therefore had no choice but to valet park$$ Room and beds great! Beach and pool great!”

“The team was wonderful, I had forgotten to request no feather pillows (due to allergy) once I arrived in my room at 11 pm they kindly brought me pillows. The next day the breakfast options were better than I expected with breakfast potatoes, a build your own waffle station, meats and even had a gluten free bagel for GF sensitive. The pool was great and the beach was right there. Also loved the staff at the beach bar”

“Everything was pretty amazing, just like the pictures. The only thing I would change was the smell on the room 253. Something was pretty smelly on the disposal and the maintenance wasn’t able to fix that during our stay. The breakfast is amazing and I would like to send a huge appreciation for the elderly man who works pretty hard everyday and made us feel cared.”

“Everything was very nice, Starbucks sold in the morning doesn’t do blended cold drinks (fraps). Breakfast bar is good, good quality ingredients. A little more on the expensive side. Kitchen staff and bartender were very kind. Cleaning staff ladies were kind. Will be booking here every time I’m in town! ”

“Safe and quiet ”

“Beautiful property with a ton to offer. If you are someone that cannot walk far, make sure to get a room close to the elevators. Many food options which are all delicious. I was there as part of a conference, and everything went well. ”

“The property charged my debit card a safety deposit of $100 and did not tell me how long it will take for the money to be reimbursed back to my card, which is important for those of us who need to know daily how much is in our account. They need to tell visitors how much they are taking for security deposit and let the guest know exactly WHEN the money will be back on the card, rather than not telling the guest how much they were charging the card (2 charges of $50) and the lady did not say……
