The chalet itself had some major issues ranging from simple things like burned out light bulbs and a leaking toilet to things much more serious like broken door knobs (that trapped people), most of the electrical outlets so loose you couldn't plug anything in, broken pull out bed that wasn't fit for a dog to sleep on, malfunctioning microwave, and missing blinds on the front window leading to zero privacy.
