"Amazing condominium for a quick getaway -- it's actually our second time renting this space! We picked this condo because of its spacious layout; but more so, for its expansive wraparound balcony with spectacular views of the ocean and bay. We enjoyed staying in on rainy days, with a book in hand, watching out over the ocean, as well as playing cornhole on the balcony during nice weather. "The place at the Quay was very nice and was described accurately. Only issue we had was the dryer would not dry clothes throughly (even with just a few pieces in the dryer). Also the upholstery had some stains on them but that may have been from previous renters. The condo was cleaned before check in. The View was great but staircase took a lot of getting used to. If someone had an leg injury they would not be able to use the steep staircase"

"I stayed here for just under a month while looking for apartments in the area. The condo was clean when I arrived and the kitchen had all of the supplies I needed for cooking my meals. Allen was very helpful and quick to respond to any of my questions. The location was wonderful too, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The balcony was a great place to have coffee and got good sunlight throughout the day. I definitely recommend staying here whether it’s a short or long stay."

"OCMD is an annual stop for our family, my first stay at the Fenwick Inn. The rooms were spacious and clean, available microwave on each floor with ice machine. Indoor pool convenient and spacious. The front desk staff were friendly, courteous and professional. My spouse and I found our new stay location. The breakfast was just right and my spouse loved the 24 hour access to coffee and tea. "
