"This is a great family property. Fun for my entire family. (from 2 to 77) The only disappointment was that the grill was rusted out so we did not use it but no big deal. We would rent the house again."

"My husband and I and our small dog loved this villa ! We were there for the month of February. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to eateries and Trader Joe’s. 2 beaches are 5 minutes drive . It’s clean and comfortable. Bedding and towels are new. We loved the screened Lanai and the large backyard. Great communication with owner! Would definitely recommend! Did I mention location? It was the best!"

"Our stay in this villa was fantastic. The villa was clean and close to everything we needed. Short drive to Vanderbuilt beach is a plus. "Our family was in town for our son's wedding at St. Leo Church and reception at the Bonita Bay Club. This house was just the right size for five of us and close to the venues. Everything was incredibly clean and the host was responsive to our needs. The pool and spa were nice for a bit of relaxation at night, all screened in to keep out the bugs. Wish we had more time to use the bikes. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed at this home with 2 families of 4. It was a perfect fit for us. The house was close to lots of activities. The common area with large dining table was perfect for spending time together. Well appointed kitchen that was easy to use while still remaining social. The screened in pool was great! Large area for gathering as well! "We stayed in this well located main floor condo for the winter of 2023. As it was on the heels of Hurricane Ian, there were a few repairs and cleaning issues at first, but all were remedied very quickly after our arrival. Our host was always available to chat and trouble shoot, and she is very fair. Comfortably furnished throughout and in a good community with tennis, a great pool and hot tub, Hyde Park is just across the street from the tram to the beach and beach restaurants. We...
