POPULAR RESORT FEATURES, incredible beach views, and the natural privacy of its north end location make Sea Pointe THE PLACE for your family's beach holiday. Relax in the sun or unwind in the all-weather indoor pool and hot tub.

A FULL KITCHEN IN each condo provides the pleasant option of having casual in-house meals when you're not out enjoying the various culinary delights at the fantastic area restaurants and cafes. Plus, the resort has a charcoal grill and picnic area for fun family beachside cookouts.

ATTRACTIVE OFF-SEASON monthly rates are available November-March at several Sea Pointe condos. Consider an extended seaside winter vacation this year. Free Wi-Fi or cabled internet service is available in some condos. Accommodations and balconies are non-smoking. Motorcycles, trailers, and/or golf carts are not permitted.

Excellent property
Inside the condo is excellent the outside is dated but they are working on remodeling it. The carpets outside of elevators were nasty and never cleaned all week but other than that everything was great I’ll go back next year.
