On the phone with Expedia for a long time to find the owner of the house. No luck. Expedia found an alternative accommodation - a 2 star hotel at the same price - a far cry from the Vacation Home we were expecting. Expedia was not informed this property is no longer for listing. Horrible experience with 3 tired kids late in the night...

Called the management company finally she answered and didn't give a crap about anything, she was rude, n obnoxious! I had difficulty finding another room at great rate.
