Madrona's Guesthouse is the modern and affordable vacation home you have been looking for. This charming 1952 home, renovated in 2020, is tucked away in a quiet, redeveloping neighborhood. Located just minutes from the 2 major freeways in the Charleston area, this home is very convenient for getting around town. See area drive times below.

The kitchen is well appointed for all of your cooking needs. In the living room, get cozy on the reclining Lay-Z-Boy sofas. Relax and enjoy the 55" smart TV or connect your music to the Bluetooth soundbar. On the back patio, you'll find a gas grill and dining set. The large back yard is fully fenced and features beautiful, mature Live Oak trees. The long driveway provides plenty of space to park your trailer or boat.

Pets are always welcome, subject to a $50 pet fee, for up to 2 pets. No size limit on dogs, cats subject to owner approval. Pet food dishes and waste bags are provided. *Please note, pet fee will be charged separately after booking. Not included in quote*

Kitchen- Keurig, blender, toaster, BBQ essentials, pizza pan/cutter, pots/pans/bake ware, cooking oil & spices, dish and dishwasher detergent, trash bags, plenty of dish cloths and hand towels.

Essentials- Washer and dryer, Iron and board, laundry baskets, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, beach towels, extra bath towels, USB charging ports in every room, streaming Peacock included on the living room TV, TV with Roku in master bedroom. Sign into your own streaming service on either.

Additional amenities available upon request- dog crate, pack-n-play, highchair, yoga mats.
