"We loved this place! It truly has everything. We were four families - Grandma, her three kids, and her 5 grandkids, ranging in age from 1-13. The hosts are lovely. They left us two bottles of wine and a gift certificate to Emily's produce. The house is amazingly outfitted for children -they have all of the baby stuff you could ever need. "This wonderful property is a short walk to both the beach and restaurants. The check in and checkout process was smooth, the property was clean and stocked with necessary amenities (toiletries/kitchen products/ beach chairs and umbrella), and communication with the host was stellar. "We enjoyed our 2 nights at Cozy Place Close to the docks. Easy access and personalized connection with Nathalie were appreciated! We enjoyed the French and sail boating themes in the apartment, aligned the Annapolis maritime history! The docks are a short drive and old Town Annapolis was pleasant and historical! We recommend Cozy Place to others!"

"We made this trip as part of a special family event and our experience at this hotel can only be described as pleasantly surprised. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms are spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and the overall cost is quite reasonable. The bed was a bit too soft for my liking but otherwise very nice. "
