Property had a beautiful pool, rooms were very nice. The lobby bar and lounge area was designed very good and live entertainment during happy hour was great. The gym needs to be bigger with more equipment to accommodate the large amount of guest your resort holds. Fitness is big now and if 5 people are in the gym there isn’t enough equipment to accommodate them at one time.

Property was good. Housekeeping was very poor needs improvement Day 1 only 3 sets of towels for a room that was paid for 4 occupants and only 2 bottles of bottled water, concierge said limited to 2 bottles. Day 2 No Kleenex, no cups . Day 3 They filled Kleenex box with 1/4 of tissues Making it look like it was full Day 4 no toilet paper Kettles in rooms need to be updated so slow. Carpet in room was only vacuumed once. Concierge not helpful every time we walked past they would keep eyes glued to computer absolutely no smile. I would say they need to have more local people working behind the desk. No greetings from inside staff. I found the staff at Palm beach shop more helpful especially Chiarrata, she had so much knowledge and would make a number one Concierge. Buffet and staff there were excellent.

Stayed in January, had a wonderful trip! Breakfast was amazing!! Omelet station, tons of buffet options. In the evening they have a happy hour and give you one drink ticket with appetizers. There’s a tunnel that leads you across the street to Palm beach. I left my purse in my room and the cleaning staff took care to organize my belongings and hang my bathing suit in the shower. The front desk called a taxi for me because I needed to use a credit card (most taxis on the island take cash only) the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. You can walk or borrow a bike to go to the “High Rise Hotel” area for restaurants and bars. Well lit path if you walk. Property is clean and new. Highly recommend

Excelent, hotel is convenient close to almost everything. Ac good, hot water good,drinking water good,Parking good, it includes free breakfast,WiFi good and free.. I saw kids and pets(dogs) so if you have a pet and kids. Is good for them too..

I requested to speak to the GM twice and he was unavailable both times. The hotel messed up my excursion booking, the excuse was the person that took my reservation was new. Lines for drinks and breakfast.

this was a great resort! offered comp bikes, cabanas, beach chairs, breakfast included! To secure a cabana for the day you had to show up to the towel hut before they opened at 7 am (yes, there was a line) to reserve one but the fact that the hotel offered these for free, was GREAT. You could also get chairs and towels to use at the beach in front of the hotel or take with you to any other beach you went to during the day. HUGE savings since renting chairs on various beaches could get very pricey. The only thing that would have been helpful was if they offered beach umbrellas (even to rent) since that was expensive to rent at all beaches.The only other thing that would have made this resort perfect would have been airport shuttle service. Other than that, we LOVED the resort and our stay! CLEAN, comfortable, accommodating, and service was top notch!!!!! Definitely referring this resort to friends and staying here ourselves on our next trip to ARuba!

Property location between Palm Beach & Eagle Beach (30m walk) which is nice to have choices though if you want a beach this is not your place. I suggest rent a car even if you throw in a taxi for dinners so all can enjoy a drink and hire someone for state park - driving is for the strong). Beach onsite has pretty sunsets and water (with water shoes). It is very very rocky on the feet so not good for family. Snorkeling could be good as others saw turtles. Pool area is nice and views are good. Complimentary breakfast buffet starts the day well (make sandwiches to go) and 2 complimentary drinks & snacks for happy hour all add to the hotel positives). They also give nice chairs and towels that you can take for the day offsite!!! They have complimentary bicycles you can take for 2 hours at a time. Though would be nice if they maintained them (check your gears) Generally across the property the staff was great and helpful to any needs. Our only real complaint was with concierge. Ahead of our visit they helped with a 3 dining reservations (we had a group of 14 with 8 kids 8yrs to 16yrs). Upon arrival no record. Fail #1. So sat with concierge again for an hour to make new reservations (given prior options no longer had availability). First in hotel restaurant (not great no effort ), 2nd at Quinta Del Carmen (ok no effort easy to get) and 3rd at Flying Fish (no record of us so FAIL). $120 cab rides hungry kids! Learning double check yourself and don’t trust!!!!!

This hotel was so clean and nice. The breakfast was really done well and the happy hour was decent- I would suggest more staff during HH bc the lines were really long. The staff were all so friendly and nice! The gym was just okay and there were no towels both times I went… but better than no gym. The grounds around the pool are amazing… so clean and well taken care of- towel service, restaurants, bar area are all wonderful. I would, and have, recommend this place in a heartbeat!

We had a great experience at Embassy Suites! Everything was top-notch from start to finish. Their breakfast was amazing and the nightly reception was wonderful too. It was very nice to be able to get a cabana each morning and they offer some fantastic amenities like bikes that you can rent. We would absolutely stay here again, and Can't say enough great things about our stay!

Our family of 5 just got back and we really enjoyed our stay! Property is practically brand new which is rare. Both the staff and facilities were wonderful during our stay. A few highlights. Breakfast is included and honestly there’s a great selection . At happy hour every adult gets 2 drink tickets they even do a mock tail for the kids. These alone make the resort fee well worth it! Pool area is massive and there is a ton of seating and more importantly shaded area. They recently added seating on the beach and it’s very private compared to many of the other beaches. Centrally located between Palm and Eagles beaches you can walk or take a quick cab ride anywhere on the island. Nothing bad to say. We would absolutely stay again
