"It is a little far from Shinjuku station, but it is very convenient from the Narita A/P to take a bus.
Also, their breakfast is very good.
Their service is efficient.

"We selected the property as it’s close to a park and in a less congested area. The lounge areas are comfortable and well used. The restaurant, breakfast buffet and bakery were great. The raisin bread was such a nice treat.
The room was small but we managed. More hooks on the walls would be helpful and allow you to unpack more comfortably. We would recommend a stay at The Knot. "
"Amazing property. Attentive and accommodating staff. Central location within walking distance of the train station. If you are staying in Shinjuku then this is the place you want to stay."
"Staff were exceedingly helpful, and offered to hold some things I had forgotten at check out for about a week until I returned to Tokyo. The room is clean and larger than I expected, and though we only stayed a night, was comfortable. Very close to the Airport Limousine stop at Washington Hotel, and about a 10minute walk to Shinjuku Station. The taxi ride to Shinjuku Station was about 800yen, which is still affordable."
