Nice location and staff is friendly. Stayed 5 nights and never saw housekeeping. Requested new towels, waited 2 hours and had to call again. Requested toilet paper and was told it would be sent up, returned 6 hours later and had to go to the front desk to get it.

The property is beautiful and most of the staff is wonderful however, the rooms are warm the reasoning I was given was because the air conditioner was apparently effected by the drywall dust when the hotel was built and also I called before hand to make sure we would have adequate transportation to and from the beach the staff then acted as if this was more of a bother and then we were eventually told they would only pick up and drop off every hour on the hour.
