"We went there during Memorial Weekend (USA) (May 24 - May 27) and there were 4 kids sports teams going on. Parking lot was completely full, but there was an overflow lot and you needed to have your ticket displayed so your car wouldn’t get towed. Pool area was completely filled with all the kids, but their lounge area was super relaxing for the adults. Overall, had a wonderful stay, barely hung around the hotel and mainly ventured off to the Falls for our activities. I would recommend this hotel...

"Very welcoming and helpful at registration offering a room upgrade to a suite and information on the restaurant. The suite has two small rooms. Decor is quite dark. The restaurant was casual with good wine and food and friendly waitress. "

"A great place to stay for children 10& younger! Waterpark was great, perfect size for my toddlers. Staff was excellent and very welcoming and helpful. You do have to pay for parking which is separate from your fees stay and deposit. Lived the bathtub and neighboring food places. Def would stay again ! "

"We don't book the Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel much when we visit the Niagara Region given the fact that each room we have always booked only has (1) chair. That is very inconvenient when you are with another person. That means that one will sit on the chair and one sits on the bed. How uncomfortable is that! This is why I do not book with the Howard Johnson as often as I use to. They need to add an additional chair for people to have a more comfortable stay in the room. I am sure I am not...
