"Location is perfect between the falls and whirlpool.1st floor 2 bedrooms have a queen bed each and a great TV sitting area. I do recommend that children, small teens, and short, small adults use these. Knee space was about 9-10 inches. The rest of the areas were full size. We had all 3 areas. Neighborhood was fine with walking trail 15 yards from unit from falls past the whirlpool .
