“I hesitate to give this 5 stars because I want it always open for my family trips. But it’s perfect for a small group. Close to everything in the valley. Great neighborhood, easy access to the highways. Can walk or get a ride anywhere in the area. Clean, great setup, great view. One of the best I’ve ever stayed in.”

“This was a lovely place to stay and was close to Universal which made it very easy for us to drive there. The entrance to the property was nice and private and the guest home is very cozy. ”

David has equipped his VRBO with so many of the items you need to make yourself a meal - refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, plenty of plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, etc. In addition, plenty of towels, blankets, kleenex and various sundries - shampoo, moisture, etc. It is in a nice neighborhood and with a 15 minute walk or so, down a hill...

“This property is located in a great neighborhood, very quiet and within easy walking distance of Brand Park which offers a wide variety of hiking trails. The cottage is perfect for a couple, very clean and comfortable. Check-in was extremely easy and communications with the host were answered promptly. this was our second stay at this property, and we highly recommend it.”

Unit was spacious and well equipped. Fast internet. One of the windows however couldn't be fully closed. Not a big deal because the AC unit was strong enough to keep out the heat.”
