"The staff were friendly and helpful but the pool is outdoors and it was cold. The gym is next door and closed at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon. The 'business centre' is one computer and a desk with lolly machines in there. I didn't like having no parking and having to use the valet parking. Bit of a rip off.
