The neighborhood around the hotel was a bit rough but the hotel itself was nice, comfortable, and secure. Their (included) daily breakfast buffet was cooked up fresh with several tasty options. The whole staff from desk to cleaning crew were all nice. The room cleaning staff made up our rooms so crisply each morning. It is just a few-minute walk from a main subway line. Rooms were pretty good at keeping out much of the street noise (both traffic and people). We had a first floor room and there were bars over the window for our safety. Highly recommend this place.

Great hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Short waking distance to Yankee Stadium. Breakfast in the morning was great. I would come back for sure.

Great contact with the stuff. We had a flight canceled and we arrived one day later, I was afraid my reservation will get canceled. I let them know and all was fine. Rooms are spacious, enough for our 5 to feel comfortable. Area is pretty scarry. I felt insecure coming back late night with my wife and 3 daughters.

Please remember that the hotel is conveniently situated just two blocks away from a police precinct, and due to our proximity to Yankee Stadium, we receive regular patrols from law enforcement. The hotel was clean and kept well. The bed was comfortable. The shower was amazing. My only 2 cons were, there was no iron, and the view. My room 207 faced the parking lot in the back. These things were not deal breakers. It was nice for an overnight stay. The hotel has parking on site for $30/night. Parking is horrible in that area and I chose parking to make sure my car was safe. I didn't stay for breakfast, therefore I am not able to comment on that. I appreciate that the hotel room has hard floors and no carpet. Carpet can be a germ fest. Also, the hotel was a 3 minute drive from the GW bridge which was convenient for me. The room was a equipped with a refrigerator and complimentary water.

Excellent customer service; clean, big and spacious room; helpful and friendly staff; very accommodating; convenient parking (paid but worth the price); 24/7 coffee and tea at the kitchen; and really delicious free breakfast! My family and I had a great experience in this hotel and will definitely stay at Highbridge Hotel again when we're back in the area. =)

Great place to stay for a Yankees game! I paid to park on-site which was extremely convenient and allowed in-out privileges. The exit gate sensor for the parking lot was not working as it was supposed to, but that's a very minor issue compared with the convenience. Breakfast was also very good which was an unexpected and pleasant surprise.

Stayed here for a Yankees game, which was only a 10 minute walk! The staff let me park a little early since the game was at 1pm but check in isn’t until 3pm which was very nice of them. The overall hotel was good, and free breakfast which was nice.
