Loved this little hotel! So cute and comfy, nice staff and just basically all around adorable. Small but just enough space for the time you actually spend in a hotel in NYC. Great location, a few blocks from Grand Central. I’ll definitely stay here again!

The room was small, but very clean. Not ideal for work, as there is no desk. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Lovely coffee set-up in lobby (free), with croissants and pastries. Rooftop has comfortable seating with good wifi and electric outlets. If you're on second floor front, there is considerable noise from 2nd Avenue, but they are smart enough to provide a white-noise machine and earplugs! A good value for the money, especially if you don't need a lot of space.

The hotel is great, but we stayed in a front room on the 5th Floor facing 2nd Avenue and it was extremely loud. Not sure what can be done about that except changing out the windows. The rest of the hotel is fantastic! Thank you!

Immaculately clean, stylish, rooms are super small but I don't spend much time in the room. The entire user experience in the room is very well thought out. I was in the smallest room and need to upgrade as I needed a desk and chair. Lots of places to eat, get coffee, get a few groceries in the neighborhood! Motto coffee across the street is sublime.

I didn’t like the fact that no staff on site. It maybe psychological but… in case of an emergency, someone on site is important.

I was amazed at how well thought out the small space was laid out. Plenty of room to stash large suitcases under the tall bed. I would have liked a closet to hang my large wardrobe in, but the price made me tolerate the pegs on the wall to hang clothes. It’s a great location and the area felt very safe. The rooms are perfect for one person. A bit small for two people. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed this hotel and plan to return there for my next visit.
