“This beautiful home, veranda with private pool and ocean at our doorstep made for the most amazing family vacation. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The grocery store and many restaurants were within walking distance. The Jitney or bus was very easy to use and readily available. At $1.25, it was a cost effective way to get around Nassau. Taxis were everywhere and very eager to transport. We are very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again.”

“Our stay at Water's Edge was absolute perfection. The house and location were everything we wanted. It felt safe and secluded. We spent a whole day at the house in the pool and snorkeling in the ocean. Being able to step directly into the ocean from the patio was so much fun. And waking up to a sunrise over the water was so beautiful. Mark was very communicative and helpful for planning our trip. HIGHLY recommend Monique and Big Mama for all your transportation needs. “We had a great stay! The condo was as described - clean, well-appointed, and with a spectacular view. We thought the location was perfect - short walk to Atlantis and Marina Village but it was lovely to not have to fight the crowds at the pools and the beach. The new in-unit washer and dryer were another fantastic convenience. John was super responsive and so helpful with any question or request.”

“This property is located on a hill overlooking the ocean, Our condo immaculate & beautiful. Both bathrooms recently beautifully renovated. We particularly love the quiet location, with security gates surrounding the private villas. The owner was always quick to reply to each & every one of our emails. Beach chairs & cooler included with the rental. Large private outside patio with bar-b-que grill & with table & chairs was our spot for morning coffee, just steps from the crystal-clear pool. We……

“This home is lovely! Clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. The location was very quiet and easy to find. It was a bit of a drive into the more touristy areas for shopping and restaurants, but it was worth it for our family to stay together in a home rather than separate hotel rooms at a much higher cost.”

“We liked the place a lot, because we had all the amenities for ourselves. The dogs are friendly, but do not leave anything unattended otherwise the things are chewed up. The host was really concerned. We came late and his mother gave us food. He also drove us downtown or to the supermarket. Normally you need a car to get around. Nevertheless, if you are looking for a wonderful relaxed place then book it”

“Steps from the beautiful beach. Pools were very nice. We had a very nice outdoor patio. The onsite restaurant and bar were wonderful and convenient. We were able to walk to Atlantis and enjoy the casino. I would definitely recommend Sunrise Beach Villas.”

“This place is amazing! Fany took and Auroa were amazing to deal with! Snorkelling out front was so much fun. It’s a very quiet neighbourhood but still so much to do in the area. The bus stop was a 20 second walk away which will take you anywhere on the island. The house had everything we needed. It was perfect on a rainy day with the big bay windows overlooking the ocean. Would definitely stay here again 10/10”

“This place was amazing! It was clean and quiet. Kids loved all of the “secret hideouts” (suitcase closets). The backyard was beautiful. If you are going be prepared that everything is white, so maybe don’t pack Nutella for your kids. We had groceries delivered via instagopher and it was quick and easy. If you want access to the club (bar, pool, beach chairs) you’ll have to pay $20 a day for 3 consecutive days for each person in your group over 5 years old. It’s worth it for the access to the……
