Parking was only problem. Our small Toyota truck didn’t fit their parking garage measurements. They sent us to a nearby lot (thank goodness) but it was very expensive. Hotel, staff, room, all excellent. Location perfect.

This property is on Decatur Street in NOLA. This is a popular street for tourism. As the hotel is a nicely renovated old building it is, after all, an old building. The walls are thin and the traffic begins early in the morning in this city. That is what it is so if you’re looking for quiet it’s not for you. If you love historical, in a well done renovation, you’ll love this hotel. Easy walking to restaurants ( including an excellent one next door) and being in the French Quarter makes for an excellent setting!

I've stayed.Lots of places near, and in the French quarter.And this was a great location.Really close to everything. I liked being closer to Royal street and canal to be able to hop on the trolleys, To go into the garden district. Staff was Very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is amazing. The amenities in the rooms was perfect for what was needed. The mattress and the linens were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and communicated by text. The hotel is downtown, a few blocks from Bourbon street so expect tourist traps, gift shops, and poverty. Wasn’t bugged other than the massage parlors trying to get you to get a free massage. Mr. Ed’s is a few blocks away and they had a great roast beef po-boy. Odel and Brandon were super helpful.

Beautiful boutique hotel with pretty rooms. Literally next to Canal Street. Some great restaurants on the same street. In the heart of everything, but surprisingly quiet despite this. No coffee maker in the room, but coffee is available in the lobby, and there’s a fantastic restaurant for breakfast super close by. I loved my stay and would definitely book again!

This location was fantastic. Close enough to the Bourbon but far enough to be quiet. I also loved the fact you can walk everywhere and that Royal (lots of art) was so close. Jeanette at the front desk was a delight and made us feel at home. The hotel does have a strange smell that never goes away. We would consider staying here again.
