"We loved staying at this property. The host touched base ahead of time to let us know the house was ready for us (early!). It was just as the pictures show - neat as a pin and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, the hot tub is wonderful, the beds super comfy, and the area is very quiet and peaceful. We saw deer wandering through the yard frequently. I was NOT ready go back to the big city, but will look forward to returning to this sweet home as soon as possible."

The Palmers guest house is perfectly located within walking distance to great restaurants and bars, but far enough away that our stay was quiet and peaceful. The guest house was clean, cozy, and the process was easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience."

"Great location. You can walk home for lunch from Schlitterbahn. Loved the blackout curtains in every room for sleeping. Also, I really appreciate this property having so many extra pillows! The property is beautifully decorated! The layout of this property was well thought out- It is very small but used every inch efficiently. We really enjoyed our stay!"
