What we especially liked was that one of Rome's many free water stations is located just outside the front door. The service at the desk was friendly for us first timers asking silly questions, the staff preparing the wonderful breakfasts were so accommodating and the rooftop area was a wonderful spot to wind down...

"A great choice for location, room size, and service. Furniture is a bit worn out and need some touch ups on the corners of the furniture, but that’s an easy fix. We only stayed one night. We plan to return for our next trip. If you’re an early sleeper, location might be too loud. Not a fancy place, so it all just depends on your needs. Perfect place for someone that doesn’t spend much time in the room itself. "

"Hotel Monte Cenci is a wonderful boutique hotel. We found it conveniently situated and easy to get to all the landmarks without being in the middle of everything and the crowds. What we especially liked was that one of Rome's many free water stations is located just outside the front door. The service at the desk was friendly for us first timers asking silly questions, the staff preparing the wonderful breakfasts were so accommodating and the rooftop area was a wonderful spot to wind down after our overfull days of sightseeing. We would recommend this hotel and stay there again."
