Immaculate, lovely condo!
We stayed for a week in this condo situated a short walk to the beach. It was clean, well appointed and comfortable for us, two couples. The owner provided a nice snack basket, the kitchen had everything we needed, and it was new and pretty. We did use the Beach Club every day which is an additional charge. The restaurant is quite good with enough variety to keep us happy for lunch and several dinners. The only negative for us is that we think the second bedroom is a double bed not a queen. It seemed really small. Fortunately we had the twin room to use too. We used the driver that the owner recommended. He was so nice. He drove us to a couple of restaurants in Nassau, and to our boat for scuba diving. Palm Cay is definitely out of the hustle of the city. The beach would be great for young kids because the water is quite shallow for a good distance. Overall a lovely situation. We will be back.

Spring break 2024
We spent our spring break vacation here in Nassau. Booking was easy and Scott provided all the information we needed. Definitely rent a car as taxi can be hard to find. The condo is accurately described and good location to the beach. It’s well maintained and furnished. They provided four bands for access to the Palm cay club, otherwise it’s $20 person/day. Octopus restaurant and bar are excellent places to eat and drink. Solomon’s grocery is only 5 min drive and everything you need. Very chill and relaxing vacation destination.

We had a wondeful stay. The property was clean and well stocked. A great community. We enjoyed walking to the beach and the marina. Scott communicated well and was very accomodating. We would definitely stay here again. It was luxurious.

Awesome
The property was fantastic!! It was clean, easy to access, and spacious. It was also brand new, so new appliances. And it was stocked with lots of towels and other essentials. It was better than I had envisioned. Scott was extremely responsive, and he quickly addressed any issues we had. I loved the location too - it was less than a mile from a nice grocery store and maybe 25 minutes from Cable Beach and a number of other public beaches. There was a good restaurant on the property and we did eat there, but for the most part we went out into town to eat. If/when I visit the Bahamas again, I will be sure to stay here again.

Beautiful and relaxing!
Our stay was Awesome! The unit was Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach was a short walk by the marina. We paid for the beach club and enjoyed every minute. They provided towels and suntan lotion. Would recommend renting a car if you plan to explore the island but if you want to just relax it is a short walk to the nearest grocery store. Thank you Scott! We hope to visit again soon.

Fantastic Stay
We had such a great week at Scott's home. It was well furnished and stocked with everything that you could need. We enjoyed having the pool close by, walking down by the marina, and had dinner a couple of evenings in the resort restaurant. We loved that it was located on a quiet part of the island. It was a perfect week.

True Destination Retreat
We are regular travelers and would rate Scott’s place as one of the nicest, best located, and well stocked places we have ever stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to the beach and with a lovely view of the marina from the patio. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful this condo.
