Loved the staff at the beginning. However, the young lady on the morning was a little odd. Not as friendly or helpful. Awkward actually. (It was 3:00am) She was not like the rest of the awesome staff we encountered. Expedia was an issue for them. Which the staff handled wonderfully. They usually deal with issues on the Expedia side. The rooms are great and clean and love the beds. Was hoping they had housekeeping services. Which they did the one day only. Not sure how that works. I like it daily. Will always stay there in the future when visiting our daughter.

Property was great but when i got here they wanted to charge me an extra $75 for mydog. I prepaid and that fee wasn't in the expedia costs. I feel it should have been there upfront.

Very nice hotel. Lobby area is very nice. We were thrilled to have a walk in shower but the shower/toilet room was smaller than our camper bathroom and the grout needed a a deep clean. Room was very nice with a sitting area with a couch that I could put my feet up on. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast offerings were OK . The scrambled eggs tasted like powdered eggs. Safe, quiet area. I would stay here again because I like Hilton brand if for nothing else than a shower instead of a tub and the comfort of the beds and very nice staff.

They were doing construction on the property. I didn’t find out till check-in. The hammering you could hear at 8 o’clock in the morning on Saturday and Sunday was a little bit annoying.. i’ve been to other Hyatt places and the breakfast here was not very good at all.

Hotel is in the middle of construction - would have been nice to know this prior to booking. When we went to check in at 9:30/10pm there was no one at the front desk & with all the construction in the lobby/hall - it was not a good impression. Thankfully we were only staying one night because we were informed construction noises would start at 8am. Breakfast is served in the middle of the construction area - not very appetizing. Overall - not a great stay - I do a lot of research/read reviews & star ratings before I book hotels - this one was disappointing.
