"Our long weekend at "The Valley Villa" was absolutely wonderful. It was our annual getaway with life long friends, all of our adult children and their spouses and all of our grandchildren. There were 12 adults and 7 children ages 4, 3, 2, 2, 7 mos, 5 mos and 4 mos. John's house was exactly what the website said and more. The common areas of the house were very spacious and adequate for the kids to play together in or plentiful enough for them to go off alone. The adults had fun playing card...

"The pictures are older, they did a lot of beautiful renovations to the home. The home is very welcoming and in a perfect location. Right on the lake, did a lot of fishing and sitting on the porch. Beautiful home all around. Very clean. We will be coming back!!! Lots of breweries, wineries and hiking trails near. Marina is 5 minutes down the road. Perfect location. Communication was great between us and owners."

"This is an incredible getaway stay. It's high up with a stunning view of the lake from every window. Clean and inviting, the rental was ready for a weekend stay perfectly. "Overwhelmed by the beauty! If you think it looks good in the pictures, it is even better in person! This truly was the perfect place for us. Plenty of room to be all together eating or relaxing. All but 4 of our group of 20 took a turn in the hot tub. All questions were answered quickly and on our last night there was a snow storm but, the following morning the owner was there to plow out the driveway. I only wish I had brought my bird book and binoculars 😊 the birdwatching and sunrise viewing...

"Well appointed country home with everything you would need or want for your stay. Wonderful covered large deck to take in the lovely views. Surrounded by wineries galore with nice restaurants just a little drive away. Did I mention horses?....feed apples to the horses next door which was a delight. Highly recommend this lovely home in the Finger Lakes region for your stay."
