"The staff was terrific. Very helpful and responsive. The hotel is a bit challenging to find as no cars are allowed on it's little cobblestone alleyway. Arriving in that area in Naples, with wall to wall graffiti everywhere is a bit disconcerting, especially at 7am when the streets are pretty deserted. However, by mid morning everything was bustling and we had a wonderful day, taking lots of suggestions from the hotel staff. "

"The property was located in a great location with a beautiful view of the fountain! Plenty of night life, dining and shopping within walking distance, plus the port was a 5 min walk. The roof top balcony was amazing. My only negative was the shower tub was small and hard to close the door for larger guests."

This is a beautiful stylish intimate hotel located right at the centre of upmarket Naples where all the shops and restaurants are. The seaside is only 5 minutes walk away and Via Toledo a mere 10 minutes walk. The staff were unfailingly friendly and heplful with bookings of taxis and tours. The room was ltatsefully decorated with the largest televison wall-mounted I have ever seen. Apart from the Italian channels...

"Next door to the Excelsior this is a smaller more intimate hotel in the same great location with the same views of the Bay of Naples. It’s still a grand hotel though even though it’s smaller. "

The room was so nice and comfortable we didn't want to leave. The food was incredible and the staff was just over the top awesome !!!
