"Our recent stay at this beautifully remodeled vacation rental was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the home was meticulously cared for, boasting modern and stylish interiors that made our stay extremely comfortable. The location of the rental could not be more ideal. Nestled within walking distance to both the pristine beach and local restaurants, it offered convenience along with stunning views that were a joy to wake up to every morning. Whether we were in the mood for a beach day or a casual dining experience, everything was just a short stroll away. For those traveling with children, this place is a treasure trove of activities. The backyard is equipped with a variety of toys, a ping pong table, and a swing set, which kept the kids entertained for hours. The highlight for both kids and adults, however, was the amazing backyard complete with a luxurious hot tub. It provided the perfect setting for relaxation after a day of adventure. Brian, the host, was phenomenal. His attention to detail and proactive communication ensured a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. He was accommodating and available to answer any questions we had, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Cleanliness is always a top priority for us, and this rental met all our expectations and more. It was probably the cleanest and nicest vacation rental we have encountered to date, and we've seen quite a few!"

"My wife and I really loved the house and location. The house is on a sizable property, ensuring privacy and quiet in the back and side yard. The hot tub was as clean and as free of chlorine smell as I have ever experienced (great). We did not try the sauna but it looked good. The kitchen is well stocked with a wide range of equipment (I am an avid cook), some of which was new to me (nice grill pan). The beds were clean and comfortable (well, the one we used was, haha). There are lots of options for keeping warm (living room gas fire was super) although we barely needed much given that we lucked out with a very warm sunny spell. The home is one block from the ocean and this is a plus because while you can sit in the living room and see the ocean, and you can also sit on the front porch and not get blown away by the wind (it was amazingly sheltered). There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, even Princeton Jetty is walkable. Beach access is easy in both directions. The owner is super-nice, accommodating and responsive. I would not consider looking for a different place to stay again in HMB."

"Loved this place!. There were cheese and meat assortments when we arrived at night and then freshly baked cookies later in the night. We got a room with a balcony overlooking the water and it was beautiful to wake up to and the breakfast was absolutely phenomenal, we loved the assortments of tea they offered. The beach is a short walk as well, but not many food options around unless you like Taco Bell or subpar Mexican food. The bathroom was very clean, and it was nice that they offered robes as well. The coffee set up they had in the room was nice for hot teas, but the creamers in the packets had gon bad and so coffee wasn’t a great option. Staff were extremely sweet and helpful, they definitely made it a good experience!"

"You're across the street from the ocean with lots of windows and a large balcony. I loved listening to the waves at night from the master bedroom. (You cant see the ocean from the other bedrooms.) The kitchen is large and well stocked. There are 4 wood burning fireplaces. We wish we had known ahead of time so we could have brought wood. Really beautiful location. There is property management company, not an owner. So all communications went through VRBO contact number, then they contacted the property management company."
