“This location is ideal for commuting in and out of Nanaimo and comes with an amazing view. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom upstairs and the bathroom does have a shower. There are also separate thermostats upstairs and even in the bathroom which will help to keep you warm on cooler evenings. Hans prepared delicious breakfasts each of our two mornings, over which we had fun and interesting conversation. After breakfast check out the charming pond-side village created by Hans. As an extra convenience, the couple was kind enough to let us charge our EV in the carport. ”

“I am in BC for work and had to stay over the weekend so I took the ferry from Horseshoe Inlet to Nanaimo. The ferry is easy and an enjoyable ride. The Savvy Seagull was a great place to stay. Very clean and the fireplace made it feel very comfortable in early Spring. Ray was very helpful and accommodating to my late check in. Thanks for everything!”
