The preparation of food was not to our liking. On the morning of our departure we had informed the management that we had a car coming for us at 7 am. "Perfect place for rats or any other animals who love to live in basement. In couple day's even my travel bags got mold. Local restaurant chef don't know how how to cook even basic egg. Management threats they workers like slaves. Shower works only if you pray to all god's in same time.There is plenty of other places where to stay in Nairobi. "

"I was very disappointed with my stay, as my AirPods Pro were stolen from my room. I had left my AirPods Pro in the charging case on the cofe table in my room. When I returned to my room later that day, the charging case was gone. I checked with the front desk, but they had not seen it. I am very disappointed that my property was stolen from my room, and I hardly recommend anyone staying at this hotel."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The staff went out of their way to help us and we were able to leave our bags during the day once we had checked out, before we left for the airport later in the afternoon. I would definitely stay here again - fantastic value for money."

"DO NOT stay in this hotel. I have stayed in some flea pits in my time, but this is the worst. Like the other review, they made me pay again, saying they had no booking with Hotels.com. The price reflects it of course, but it is in a dodgy part of town, a lot of noise, nasty rooms, no toilet seat etc. But the door service is a disgrace: the door staff would not even let me me rest after an exhausting journey to sort in the morning, and I PAID twice for this miserable pit. "My third stay at skynest for business trips to Nairobi. The location is great, westlands is safe and walkable with plenty of shopping, dining, and socializing options nearby. Skynest itself is very secure and has a great little market on the ground floor where you can buy essentials, and a decent restaurant. The front desk staff are great. The rooms are great. You'll find cheaper option, but you won't find better. "
