This condo was very clean when we arrived, instructions clearly communicated for entry and conditions for check out were easy to follow. Having access to the pool was a wonderful amenity as beaches were very crowded during our entire stay. I would recommend this property and company to friend and family.

Loved it but overall cleanliness of property needs improvement
Loved the location and the walking distance to the beach! The property accommodated the size of our family well. To our dismay, the property was not cleaned well. There was sand on the furniture, stains in the carpets, dirty dishes in the cabinets and hair on the bathroom floor and in the showers.

Property was as described. Very clean and a sort walk to the beach. Property pool was lo ely after a fay at the beach. Only atea of improvement could be a little more comfy beds. Thet were not like " Mid Evil Times" uncomfortable but a little softer. Other than that we would definitely stay again.

Very Nice Place
The house was very nice. The beds could be better. My wife and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom. We had to buy a mattress topper to make the bed comfortable. Also the house wasn't swept well, a lot of dust bunnies and the molding weren't clean.

Great find!
We were very pleased with Fairway Oaks. It was clean, quiet & convenient. It was a little fair to walk to the beach (just shy of a mile) when you have a toddler and lots of beach gear but we didn’t mind driving. Lots of places to park down closer. Lovely little community with a nice pool and playground. Wish the hot tub would have been working however. We always leave things better than when we find them & there were 2 necessities that we left: a can opener and some salt and pepper shakers! Other than that, kitchen was stocked well. We stayed during Hurricane Ian and were without power for 1 day. The unit did not have a flash light or any battery operated lights. Maybe something else to bring or for them to invest in all thing’s considering. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

We arrived late and could not get in to our condo . Afterwards we found the code on the top of the paper . I think that they could have highlited the code . The dishwasher did not work and the molding needed to be cleaned

Nice get away
The place was very nice and exactly as shown in the pictures on line. It is a good 8 minute walk to the beach, but has a public access walk and the beach is not crowded. The grocery store is just a few blocks away and there are a few restaurants. nearby. . It is a short drive to all the great Myrtle beach attractions. They do only have a kcup coffee maker.

Our stay was bad
The floor was really sticky, outdoor patio chairs were dirty, our rental smelled weird, the carpets were also stained and gross, and we could not park because there was a golf cart parked in our parking spaces and management did not do anything, It was not 5 star worthy.

Property represented well in photos. Location was convenient for access to ocean, restaurants and entertainment. Quiet area and nice community. Pool was only drawback on our visit as the hours and availability continuously changed due to “lighting issues”?! However when you could use pool it was very nice.
