Located 7 blocks from the beach, accessible by golf cart, bicycle, and walking, this is a beach home not a house. We hope you enjoy the entire 2000 sq ft with full kitchen and all appliances including washer and dryer, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, toaster oven, propane grill, and dishwasher.
Driveway for off street parking for up to 6 vehicles.
1st floor seating area with brick fireplace; 1st floor smart TV room with DVD player; 2nd floor loft smart TV room with a Wii U and a coffee fusball table.
2 adult bicycles and 1 child bike (no training wheels) on site for use.
First floor master bedroom with king size bed, a smart TV, and en suite bathroom; 1st second floor bedroom with queen size bed and twins x 3; 2nd second floor bedroom with queen size bed and twins x 2; 2nd floor hall bath. Plenty of floor space as well. Both showers are step in bathtubs.
Private fenced in back yard with covered porch with seating. Private outdoor shower.
Take a book, leave a book for all of your vacation reading needs.

Very nice comfortable home. Had a beautiful pond behind the house that was very relaxing, very convenient to everything that we wanted and the host was very nice and accommodating, would definitely stay here again.

So Spacious
I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious this house is. We had plenty of room to spread out. It has everything needed and then some. I loved the beachy decorations and colors in the house. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck where we could see the pond. A ceiling fan out there would have be nice since the temperature was in the 90's. It was only a few blocks from the beach where parking is available. My grandchildren went parasailing right there on the beach. It's easy to jump on hwy 17 or 31 to go to downtown Myrtle Beach. This was my first Cherry Grove stay because my sister just moved there and lives 3 miles from this home. I love the feel of a small town there. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a large family gathering place.

Perfect Place for Family
I booked this home after a bad experience with another property company. I liked that this property was handled by the owner and had excellent ratings. After staying here I can definitely say they are well-deserved. The home slept our family of 8 well. There were two bedrooms upstairs with queen beds (one with bunk beds and the other with a twin and trundle) with a shared bath and loft family room area. It included a game table and TV. The downstairs area had a bedroom with king bed, large closet area and shared bathroom accessible by bedroom and hallway. There was a living room and separate family room with TV downstairs, so a lot of family space to be together or spread out. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We did make dinners several nights at home and breakfasts each day. The owners were easy to reach for any issues. The home was clean. Yes we did feel some sand on floors but with the ground in that area, driveway after rains and beach nearby, it is expected. Broom and mop were available. The floors are not carpeted, which I appreciate due to allergy issues. There is a fenced in backyard, fire pit and grill available. We didn’t need to use the grill. There are chairs on the back porch to just relax and some to take to the beach. We had enough towels and a washer and dryer. If we return to the area I would certainly stay here again. We had a wonderful week.

We had a wonderful stay, with everything we needed from clean beds, stocked kitchen, relaxing backyard, and a great family space to play cards and board games! We were a ten minute walk and a 5 minute bike ride from the beach! We had a wonderful time that flew by! So grateful to have this place for a week!

We really enjoyed our stay and thought the property suited our group well.( 4 dads/4 sons). The house is very clean and included all we needed for a weeks' stay. The loft area was great for the boys to hang out . We all enjoyed the back yard firepit and made use of the outdoor grill. I highly recommend the property if North Myrtle beach is your destination.

Outstanding!!
This was our first family vacation to the beach ! This home was perfect it was a very short drive to the beach ,shopping ,food! Quiet neighborhood. The house has Beach vibes inside and out and decorated absolutely gorgeous! Kids had there space and so did the adults . Kitchen was stocked with pans , glasses, insta pot and much more ! We absolutely loved it and will book whenever we take our next trip to North Myrtle Beach! See ya next time Beach house !!

Fantastic home for a long weekend
We had a group of guys come in for a golf trip. This house had enough space to allow all of us to stay under one roof and not be split up. The home was fantastic and would absolutely recommend staying here.

Overall, the house was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. The keyless entry to the house was appreciated. We were not able to use the bikes - they were not in usable condition. The location was good. It is a 15 minute walk to the ocean, then another 15 minute walk to the Cherry Grove pier. There is shopping, restaurants, activities close by.

Beautiful beach house with great location
We stayed at the beach house for 9 nights and enjoyed our vacation very much. It was big enough for 12 people and had different game boards to keep the kids entertained. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood, walking distance from the beach and everything we needed for our stay were either walking distance or less than 10 minutes drive. It is a beautiful house with gorgeous backyard that has outside seating, fire pit, shower and a pond with fountain. Mr John was very attentive to our needs and replied to texts quickly. We will come back again.

Awesome Family Vacation!
This was my family's first vacation together and I don't think we could have enjoyed ourselves more! Everything we needed was close by.. especially the BEACH! The house was even better than pictures, the photos don't do it justice. We had 6 adults and 5 children ages 16 down to 1 and we all had plenty of space and room to sleep comfortably. The hosts were AMAZING and did all they could to get us an earlier check in and responded quickly and answered any questions we had. If we ever come back to NMB we will definitely be staying here again! This is the PERFECT place for a nice family trip :)

Excellent Vacation Home
Excellent vacation home. Easy access to the beach. Its a 12 min walk or a 3 min or less drive, Everything you need is close by. Walmart, restaurants, shopping less than 10 minutes away. The house is beautiful has everything you need for your beach vacation and the view from back porch overlooking the pond is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Myrtle Beach!
