Labor day fun
The check-in process needed more information. Check in was in another hotel 2 miles away. Extremely confusing. Got the runaround. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

You get what you pay but I paid more and got less!
Check-in location was about 1 mile away from the actual property which is okay because it was already mention on the listing. Listing mention that there is a free wifi on room, I double checked and asked when I check-in, was told that should be OPEN wifi which you can connect. There was no open wifi, every room equipped with its own router, which is protected wifi, the password was not given, during my 2 days stay there called multiple times to the front desk and inquire about the wifi and was told first time that they are working with the IT support to get it for me and they will call back, they lied. on my 2nd call I got different response, that I need to get the wifi password from the Property owner, when I told them I don't know any property owner I paid you guys and you need to fix this issue, and they said you booked from EX*** talk to them. I called them and they checked with the hotel and then told me that they are working with their IT to get it fixed for me, and they will call me back, again no response. The air conditioner was broken on one bedroom, and the inside temperate was about 95 degree, very hot and un-pleasant. The exhaust fan on one bathroom was broken. The sofa bed had broken mattress.They room service was non-existent, called them 2nd day to get more towels etc and they never showed up. Disposing trash is another nightmare, you need to get the trash out of the room and then go few blocks away dragging trash with you to dispose off in trash compator

Myrtle Beach Experience
I did have an issue finding the location of the checking since it was in a different site. In the Co firms ton Email I received it had the name of the location to check in but it didn't have the address. I wasted an hour and forty-five minutes looking for the location of the check in to than drive back to the condo were me and my family rented for the weekend.

We really enjoyed ourselves. We were close to everything. The only bad thing was the rude staff at check in. I had requested an early check in when I booked the room and was told that would not be a problem. However, when we arrived at 1:30 the lady would not allow us to check in. She was nasty!!!

Avoid if you can
The room size and layout is good. The exteria of the villa and location is excellent. However, the unit's interior was dated and smelled dusty and closed up. The carpet needed cleaning. The cabinets are woren and dated. Overall the unit needs a face lift and a through cleaning.

Little outdated. Cigarette smell in the room. Very close to the beach. Not bad for the family. our suite had two bathrooms. Overall decent price, very nice beach.

This room had all the kitchen extras and was excellent when cooking meals. We enjoyed the stay and would come again. The beds are old and need to be updated but overall it was great stay.

Not a good experience.
No central AC; only window units in two rooms. The carpets were badly stained. The general condition was old and worn out. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. We had a sick child one night; there were no spare sheets. When we needed some help with a room key, we were told we would have to go 5 miles down the road to another location to get a replacement.

Was a great time had by all.
We enjoyed our stay, but I will add that the unit we rented was out dated as far as the flooring and dishes also the master bedroom's bathroom definitely needs some remodeling. The maid service was there everyday with clean towels and made the beds, some times they didn't leave as many hand towels and kitchen towels. Also they do not vacuum the carpet, I guess that's why the carpets look so bad. But they did mop the kitchen and bathrooms, I've heard that some of the units have been up dated, maybe you can request one while booking the unit. Over all we enjoyed ourselves.

Not a good experience
We were on the third floor and there were no elevators which was not mentioned. We also had two villas and they had us in different buildings. The day after we got there they started remodeling the parking lot which was an even bigger inconvenience. Check in is at a different hotel and there was no front desk on site

No where to turn
The security was wonderful in the parking lot did checks all night long I was happy about that. First night when I came back to my room after sitting in two hours of traffic took a shower Woke up bedbugs had several bites on my body called the hotel they couldn't move me rooms all was taken do too bike week. With that being said my stay was horrible no money bk as of yet no kind of help had to stay in that same room the next night but I stayed out till like 6 in the morning so I wouldn't have to sleep in that bed. All they did was bring me new sheets couldn't check in any other hotels they all were sold out or either 500+ A night

We highly recommend staying at ofv. One of the best places we have ever stayed. Loved the hot tubs.

filthy and sheetless
There was no sheets on the twin beds. The main bathroom was dirty. Genetal hair all over the floor and in shower. Screen door broke not even attach to frame. Dirty carpet in livingroom. Jelly beans on the floor. When called for sheets and someone to clean; I was told I would have to go to Ocean Dunes Hotel to get the sheets and there was no one to come clean. My son and myself slept the first night with beach towels as blankets. Next day no one came to clean or with sheets. I went out and bought blankets & cleaners. Spent $45.oo out of my budget. Asked for a deduction in cost. Recieved NONE! Never AGAIN!
