Upon unpacking my luggage i put my Body Pillow on the bed ( which i always travel with) . when i flapped down sheet to put pillow in, there were BED BUGS . I freaked out and immediately started repacking and checked out. Manager said my refund would take a few days but never apologized or offered me any compensation. I would like that they replace my body pillow at least since i had to toss it. NEVER stay there again
