"We loved our stay at Ryan's place in the Westgate resort. The property is clean and well laid out for our family - the kitchen and laundry were priceless, and we were completely spoiled by the ski valet that made the experience so much easier for 3 kids under 10. "The property was the perfect size and location for our extended family trip. It was clean, well equipped, and spacious. The shuttle to the mountain was so easy to use, but we were also close enough to walk to the mountain and to ski back after a day on the slopes. A few things that would make it even better are window coverings in the bunk room, better WiFi for the bedroom televisions, and the proper address listed in our confirmation emails. "Entire stay was lovely. Great location and can easily accommodate 8 guests. Only comment is that sleep sofa is not working - our 9th adult has to sleep on sofa as is without pullout as sleeper was broken."

"This is a very nice unit despite the surprising amount of noise from the next door neighbors. The driveway and street were cleared of the frequent, significant amount of snow exceptionally well - we never had an issue driving or walking to the bus. Everything functioned well but getting heat to the lower level bedrooms without cooking the upper levels was tricky. We were a tad surprised that the placemats were dirty."
