We came by car. It was a little bit of a hassle to park the car in a parking garage behind the hotel, still had to walk with luggages for about 5 min. Otherwise it’s a nice, modern hotel. Windows noise proof like in the airports, great, efficient staff. Room quite roomy for 3 adults with 3 beds Across train station, so just be aware of certain folks

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The location was directly across from the train station and walking distance to Marienplatz and Augustine-Keller which was great. Room was smaller than the NH in Berlin mitte, but met our needs. Would stay again.

Great hotel to stay at in Munich, located very close to the central station which allows you take the train from another city or the airport. Its location within Munich allows you to get anywhere in the city without ease as its also close to all the transportation types. Hotel rooms were clean and modern which is great! Would definitely stay here again if we were in Munich.

The location was good and bad...it was centrally located, which was great as it was within walking distance of all the interesting attractions, but it was right across from the train station so it was very crowded. Getting in and out to check in/out is very difficult if you're driving as there just isn't any space to do so. We had to use handicapped parking. In addition, parking is offsite and very inconvenient. On the plus, the staff was awesome...very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were nice, although a bit small, but there is an abundance of storage.

Check in was so so. Was told that one room was only paid for, which I disputed, and I was correct it was all paid. Asked for pre authorisation deposit, promised it would be auto refunded. This was not auto refunded, I had to chase I sent 2 emails until someone said “tech issue”and manually credited. He did not write the room number in an eligible way and could not find the room. Went to reception between 21.50 -22.00, regarding a broken bed, promised someone would come in 10 mins max, no one came. This happened This was the same male receptionist who checked me in. He was poor, accusation of not paid rooms and broken promise of sending someone to check the bed, poor service, we have people wanting to sleep but due to broken bed it was causing them anxiety to do so as the bed may collapse at any moment. Disappointed. Other Nh collection I’ve stay in were far better. Would not stay here. Room and bathroom was nice however, service just put me off.

Staff was great. Location is near all public transportation and next to the Lufthansa Express Bus stop for quick ride to airport. The buffet breakfast is phenomenal. Rooms are not cleaned daily, but that does save energy. Hotel has smokers out front constantly, which could be addressed.

The location, especially in winter, is extremely convenient to all forms of transportation. The hotel staff is charming; however, do not expect your room to be cleaned daily or sheets to be changed during your stay. Also, the enormous amount of smokers outside the hotel entrance is unbearable, especially if you have asthma. The buffet breakfast is impressive and made all other frustrations diminish.

This hotel is well placed for train travellers. It is clean and all staff members were fantastic to deal with. Only down side is the area around the station can be a little boisterous but I’m saying that I had no problems at all! Highly recommend

Hotel is fairly new and service is great. It's located just minutes away from main train station - but that's not necessarily a good thing. What bothered the most was the bed: the mattress and pillows were so uncomfortable. I would wake up in the morning with back and shoulder pain.
