"The staff was wonderful, helpful, and accommodating. The location is perfect. It’s around the corner from Hofbrauhaus and a 5 min walk to Marienplatz. The air conditioning and shower are why I give a 4 star review. The shower barely has a covering to prevent water from getting everywhere on the floor. It’s not even wide enough to shield your body. The air conditioning, also supposedly working fine, never cooled the room properly. They were kind enough to look at it but said it seemed fine....

"Really liked our room. A little small but clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was expensive for what you got, wouldn't get it again. Staff were super unfriendly. Like we were definitely annoying them by being in their presence. Maybe the hotel should try self check in? Just a thought to avoid having to deal with customers. "
