“The property is beautiful. The listing is misleading, as it shows upstairs terrace and a kitchen area which I assume are in the other apartment on the property. The hot tub is fantastic, as well as the yard. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. The location is close to trailheads (walking distance). The kitchen is poorly equipped: two coffee cups, no silverware, and no plates. There is no way to cook except for a microwave. There is a fridge and a keurig with coffee supplies.”

“This property was perfect for us and our needs. We put Mom upstairs, and my husband and I took the top bunk in the downstairs, and our two dogs took the floor. The downstairs is perfect if you have pets. The yard is huge, the location was great. We will return!”

“Nice property the owner might want to say that there are 17 steps to the bathroom. It didn't bother me, but my wife was a little unstable from a recent surgery and had a little trouble with the stairs as they are quite steep.”

“The cottage was very nice. Showers are very touchy. Also the upstairs bathroom has very slippery floor, need a mat that has a rubber backing. Being a senior, I almost fell due to the floor. And location was A Tad away from the pulse of things But nothing that a pleasant walk in Nature didn’t fix… great little covered outdoor patio.. Would recommend this Cozy little Casita 👍”

“The place is much larger than it appears from the outside so, if you have a group, or will be traveling with family it is very accommodating. The area is very nice as you are initally driving into the neighborhood where the house is located, but as you get closer, it's not as appealing. Especially the street where the house is located. SOME neighbors have a lot of junk in their yards and there is at least 1 abandoned trailer a few lots down. It looks like they are fixing the house next door……

“We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. Quiet and secluded from the main town, yet very accessible and not too far from any of the places we needed to get to. The place was great for all we needed and did not lack a thing. The only detail we would add, is that the laundry is not under the same roof, but in a separate room / place. This was OK for us and the host made it accessible for our need. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and would love to stay in the same place. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“One of the best VRBO stays I have had. Extremely roomy, clean, and comforting. Great neighborhood vibe. I actually intended to stay in Flagstaff but last minute planning led me to this gem. I am very happy that this happened because there is no reason you need to stay in Flagstaff as you likely won't find this experience there, and if you intend to go to Sedona like we did, your are only 45 minutes away. The host communicates great, and truly wishes you enjoy the place. Highly recommend. 5 star……
