Instead of using the same desks for check-in and check-out, like all hotels the world over, they refuse to check you out at the check in desks, even when they’re all free. Instead they force you to a undermanned, inefficient, and poorly organized desk where you’re forced to wait, all the while eyeing longingly the many available desks at the check-in counters. Please, please, see the light!"

"I got this room for my parents They traveled from Punjab for a visa interview. This hotel is very convenient nearby the American Council. The check in supposed to be after 3 but the very kind staff had a room for them soon as they walked in about three hours early. Highly recommended for all the travelers from Punjab."
