New and well maintained property with convenient parking and good restaurants within walking distance. Options for walking, running and biking very close to the hotel. Breakfast options are reasonable.

Cost cutting withn the environment as the excuse..
Had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I stayed for two nights and upon returning the second evening, I saw that the room wasn’t cleaned, bed done and no soap or face tissues in the bath. Checked at the reception and I was told that it was now company policy not to clean the rooms daily. Only once in 3 days and if I need it sooner, I had to ask beforehand. Apparently, I was to be told this while checking in but the receptionist had forgotten to do so. With a very average breakfast, small 20sqm rooms and a price of Euro 100-150 a night, this place is daylight robbery….

Stayed for one night en route home. Friendly staff and felt very safe with the covid measures they have in place. Room really clean and modern-looking. Comfy bed; got a good sleep. Great breakfast: the fresh pancake machine was a lovely bonus.

OK for business travel
The facilities are good, it is the most modern hotel in Mülheim. Breakfast is the weakest point. Also, there are never enough gym entry cards available.

Nice overall with great free breakfast.
Rooms were nice and modern. Free breakfast was the highlight.WiFi was ok. Parking is little hard to locate if you are new in town. Check in was easy. Going to parking lot from hotel in Elevators was little challenging as only one of them went there and you had to wait longer to get to your vehicle.

Nice surprise
Without doubt this was the best value Hotel that we have stayed in for a very long time, the room was large, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was great my daughter loved watching the machine making the fresh batter pancakes! Will stay again on our next trip that's for sure

I booked the hotel online and our times changed. We needed to leave on the 28th of July not the 30th. The Hotel would not refund the two days ..even though we checked out on the 28th.

The property is new and nice. But the problem is that it has no parking. GPS directs you to the middle of a busy intersection with trolleys near the hotel, tells you to find a parking space and “walk to the hotel.” Since we couldn’t park in the middle of a dangerous intersection we drove around for 20 minutes looking for a save space. In frustration we finally parked somewhere and walked to the hotel, not knowing whether we would still have a car the next morning. Lothar R Genge

Dear guest, we are sorry to hear about your stay. It is correct that we are a city hotel, located in the pedestrian passage, but its not correct that we dont have any parking spaces. We are working together with a public carpark and are also able to give a discount on the daily rate. In the booking confirmation is also written that you should use the "Ruhrstraße 20" for your GPS when you are gooing to arrive with car.. If you would have called us, we would have been pleased to give you this information. Once again, we are really sorry about your bad arrival, but we are also happy that you liked our brand new hotel.
