“It was my 70th birthday and we booked two suites. Check in was a breeze - they allowed us to the rooms early, made sure the rooms were next to each other, carried our luggage to our rooms. I couldn't be happer with the selection and will definitely recommend. The only thing was being able to let people know where we were staying. Having the name Sonesta Suites would have been helpful to help our friends find the location.”

“This home provides a great place for a family to stay comfortably. The open concept living area includes comfortable furniture, a cute dining table and a kitchen which is spacious enough for meal prep. Appliances are new and kitchen prep basics (knives, few pots, etc) are present. Note: front bedroom has 2 steps down and 2 steps up to adjoining bathroom; rest of house is without stairs. Beds are comfortable. Everything was very clean. I was a bit puzzled by the additional (long) contract that……

“Exactly what we were looking for. Clear check in /out process all accommodations exactly as listed. I know the host has no control over this, so no ding on them, but it is very noisy when the folks upstairs are walking around. Overall a wonderful home. We will definitely stay here again if available.”

“We came in for three nights for a graduation and could not have been more impressed by the home. Immaculate and easy to navigate, the rental was designed beautifully for our group of four adults with plenty of space inside and in the backyard to hang out. Conveniently located to all of our commitments too. The only thing we missed having was a long mirror in a bedroom to check out our outfits for graduation events. That’s a simple fix. Otherwise I wouldn’t change a thing!”

In town for Stanford event and was a great location for everything Palo Alto. Also nice set up for working from home. Would definitely consider again when visiting Stanford.”

“The Shoreline West VRBO was very charming. It was sparkling clean and well appointed. Everything that we needed was there. The kitchen in particular was very well stocked. We were there to attend a family graduation. The location was wonderful, close to the school and close to family who live in Los Altos. “The property could not be opened when I arrived. I was asked to break in using a side entrance. When I entered the property, it was clear that this was far from the "luxury" property that it was described as at the time of the booking. The furniture is old, the bedding damp, and the overall sense is far from luxury. I left after 5 minutes and when I asked for even a partial refund, this was denied. VRBO said they had no responsibility. Never book with VRBO - they won't help you like other……

“The property was perfect for our stay. We had 6 people and we all fit comfortably at the home. We were in town to go to our daughter's graduation at SJSU and it was only a 15 min drive. We were able to relax at the house between ceremonies. Nadia responded quickly for the few questions that we had about the house and even let us check in a little early so we could drop off our luggage before heading over to SJSU. It was a great stay. The beds were comfortable and the house was just cleaned……

“This accommodated our family of 3 couples and 3 single adults fairly well. Each bedroom had its own bathroom but those who slept on the sleeper sofa had to share a bathroom. It would work better for not all adults. They charged for parking for each room, but credited us for one when we complained of a non-working coffee maker. The kitchens were very nice and well equipped, and they had a great full, hot breakfast and pleasant dining areas inside and out.”
