“The house was perfectly located for accessing Mount Sunapee and housing 2 families with kiddos. Julie & Derek were very prompt with their responses and had great suggestions. Would love to stay with them again.”

“Wonderful time. Great big old house awesomely decorated. Each bedroom with its own bathroom a huge plus. Lots of room. Outdoor patio so much fun. The location is central to the mountain and lake. Coming back.”

“This property is exactly as shown in pics. Gorgeous views and plenty of room for our big family, we loved it. Game room and toys are an added bonus for children and adults. Hot tub was enjoyed by all while taking in that beautiful view. Kitchen is very well stocked and easy to work in Can't wait to return!”

“Beautiful spot on Mountainview lake with lovely beach and easy water access. We kayaked every single day and water was clear and clean. Lake Sunapee State park beach 5 minutes away for a day at the beach. Kitchen well equipped and with seating for a crowd. We also enjoyed taking our dogs on hikes on Mount Sunapee and morning walks on trails on opposite side of the lake. Not a great option for working remotely- poor AT&T service (though apparently Verizon better) and no chair/desk or tables near……

“Amazing stay! Great design, clean, newly renovated. The nature nearby is gorgeous with a trail right in the back of the property. They were also super dog friendly and the staff was great. Two thumbs WAY up! ”
