The first room they put us in had a leaking PTAC (air conditioner). The second room they put us had an antiquated PTAC it didn’t have thermostat control so we were either freezing or burning up.

The woman at front desk was very helpful when checking in. Like area of hotel. Comfy bed.

The staff at the front desk checking me in was extremely rude and disrespectful and refused to let me pay my deposit for my check in.
