"We spent the weekend in Applehill to visit some apple farms with our 3 yr old son, and were very pleased with our stay here. The condo was nicely decorated, modern updated, very clean and had everything we need. Air conditioning was a plus for warm days. Check in was very easy and convenient. Close to freeway and short drive to apple farms. Would stay here again!"

"This condo has a lot of nice conveniences. There is shaded parking that is steps away from the entrance that is big enough for a large truck or two cars. The property has tons of mature trees which provide a lot of shade and keep the place cool (the A/C also works very well). "This property fit our needs. A couple of things that didn't meet high standards - the creamer for the coffee needs to be pitched. Also, the link to information about the heating/cooling system didn't work. We had to find another site. It was nice to have shampoo, hand soap, etc. in the bathrooms but they weren't high quality."

"Gateway to Apple Hill area, downtown Placerville and surrounding towns. Grocery and Pharmacies near by. Close to freeway but still very quiet and peaceful."
