The service at this hotel was amazing! Our coffee maker wasn't working in the morning, or maybe we just didn’t know how to use it. We called down to the front desk and coffee was brought to our room. We had a beautiful, comfortable room. The beds were lovely and we had a great sleep.The hotel steakhouse restaurant was amazing and once again, service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a hidden gem of a hotel. It has been beautifully renovated to return it to earlier excellence. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the Moose Jaw area, and be prepaired to been impressed. Excellent value.

The hotel in general was a pleasant experience. Though the rooms have an older feel, they provided enough comfort in a quiet setting. The room did feel a bit warm at night even though heat was turned down, but could have also been from the thick comforters provided on the bed. Was a very nestalgic and great experience to stay in a historic hotel.

The staff was lovely and always so kind. We stayed in an executive king suite which is in need of repairs. Sofa needed to be replaced desperately and the one handle going into the bathroom was broken. Bed and pillows were great but no blackout blinds so we were up with the sun. Overall hotel was charming with wonderful staff but upgrades needed.

The restaurant is very expensive. The lounge didnt open until 5:00. There is a roof top mezzanine that they promote however it is only opened for booked events such as weddings. Also language barriers
