"Stayed here as we were visiting family in the area. It came fully ready to stay in. No need to buy extra paper towels, toilet paper, etc. the owner makes it very hospitable for guests and there are several minor details that show they really care for the guests and property. I’ll be staying here again in two years when I attend my other nephew’s graduation."

"The house was nice, and quiet, close to the beach and had a nice hot tub/outdoor space. Only small downside, There were 8 of us and we only had 6 wash clothes. There were no spare bath towels. We contacted the owner and they didn't provide any additional. There were also no Kleenex in the house."

"We enjoyed our stay in Agoura Hills. The house location is ideal, close to the 101, shopping and restaurants. We were impressed by both the cleanliness of the house and the communication with the owner. There was plenty of room for us and enjoyed the backyard which included a pool, hot tub and gas grill. One suggestion would be to have a king size bed in the master bedroom. The room is large enough for it and we would have enjoyed that. Overall, we would stay again when in the Conejo Valley...

"I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local."
